Dr. Alon Frazier, twice affirmed as an Apostle, is the Founder and Senior Pastor of True Faith Outreach Ministries in Hammond, Louisiana. Called to ministry in 1994 and married Miss Ivy Jackson. He was the owner of Frazier’s Family Restaurant, the first Black-owned restaurant in Independence, Louisiana. He's a faithful administrative team member of GIFT Global under Apostle Dr. Johnny Young Jr. In addition to ministry, Apostle Frazier is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Christian Therapist.

Dr. Ladrika Winzy-Carey is an accomplished educator, leader, therapist, and community advocate with over two decades of experience in higher education, financial literacy, mental health, and community development. She currently serves as the Director of Financial Education Literacy for United Way SELA, where she develops and implements programs focused on budgeting, debt reduction, credit improvement, retirement planning, and financial empowerment across the State of Louisiana.
